Guaranteed Christmas delivery
If you want them moaning your name under the mistletoe, don’t leave it too late.
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, pay close attention to the deadlines below. Late samples will not be guaranteed, but I will endeavor to fulfil as many orders as possible beyond the cut off date before my closure for the holidays; I just cannot guarantee they will arrive in time beyond these dates.
UK Orders

International clients: you must read the Shipping section in the FAQs before ordering. It outlines exactly how to send your sample safely and swiftly to avoid customs delays and ensure your gift arrives on time. Follow it carefully — the risk is yours if you don’t.

Christmas Closure
The studio will be closed from 19th December to 1st January. During this time, no physical orders or kits will be dispatched.
But that doesn’t mean the pleasure has to stop.
e-Gift Vouchers can be ordered right up until Christmas Day. They’re delivered immediately and directly to the recipient’s inbox - letting them choose their own intimate keepsake when they’re ready. It’s the perfect last-minute gift that doesn’t look last-minute at all.
Orders will still be accepted during the closure period, and I’ll be available to respond to messages and queries as usual. Any kits ordered during the break will be posted the moment we reopen in the new year.
