3.2 Custom & Bespoke Orders

Due to the personalised nature of our products, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. To clarify: Production officially begins the moment your sample kit is posted or your jewellery components are ordered - whichever happens first. From that point, materials are allocated, costs are incurred, and your slot is committed. This ensures I can maintain the highest standard of custom, one-on-one work.

By ticking the box at checkout, you’re entering into a legally binding agreement with these terms.

It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation details, spellings, and inclusion samples are correct and supplied within the stated timeframe.
3.3 Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only and do not form part of the contract.

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3.4 Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and the bespoke nature of inclusion jewellery, returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty.

Faults must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt, with photographic evidence.

If a return is authorised, items must be returned in original condition.
