Ring Sizing
Ring sizers can be provided if you're not too sure of your ring size. Once ordered, we can't change your ring size, so it's important to make sure this is right from the off. Sizers must be returned, but can be sent with your collection kit to check your sizing if required.
Charges will be incurred to replace with the correct size if incorrect.
Plating
Plated options, also known as vermeil is a thin layer of your chosen coloured gold binded to the sterling silver base metal. Over time, it is likely this plating will wear back to the original sterling silver state over time. Refunds or replacements are not available where this occurs.
Gemstones
The gemstones used in these rings are all cubic zirconia to simulate real gemstone colours. Real gemstones can be added for an additional charge - please contact us to discuss your options and obtain a quote.
